i never saw that. i worked with somebody who loved the source material (comic book i guess or whatever) and talked about it obnoxiously for weeks leading up to it. then talked obnoxiously about going to repeat viewings in a theater no doubt alone. that was really all i needed to know about the target audience.

this is pretty much what old GBS did. i went to see The Expendables that weekend. gently caress old GBS.

When the researchers controlled for shoulder-to-hip ratio, they found that a larger penis had a greater effect on attractiveness for taller men. It's possible that a larger penis just looked more proportional on a taller man's body, the researchers wrote, or it could be that women were biased against shorter men to the extent that even large genitals didn't help.

being too poor to afford a mechanic is a good way to learn to work on cars. but the caveat is that you need to be wealthy enough to own a car.

My friend and his wife in their early 30's are living in a small studio apartment in one of these complexes in Glendale. $2000 a month. They love it. Game rooms, common areas, pool, outdoor grills and seating. The thing is, almost no one else uses any of this stuff. It is such a dorm.

This is quite a good article, it doesn't deny that the gentrification has had some positive aspects, it also highlights some of the issues about the surrounding neighbourhoods and older residents.

An entire loving building for $425k. And here I am wondering how the gently caress people buy an entry level single family home for $700k in California.
