These are the exclusive mons, make your choice. Be aware that moon version has the day flipped so it's nighttime in-game when it is day irl and daytime in-game when it is night irl

You know I'm surprised there are so few version exclusive Pokemon.

You think that at this point they could easily throw in 50 or so version exclusives, it's not like trading for them is hard.

You kind of did way back in gold/silver times, those has a notoriously bad xp curve that didn’t even get fixed in the remakes. The recent ones are more likely to leave you overleveled if anything

I mean, you still didn't to need to in order beat the game.

I'd say that Red's the only bad level jump, and he's strictly optional post-game content.

Togetic, Lucario, Pikachu, Wobbuffet, and Marill are all essentially the same stage of Pokemon (basic form evolved from a baby), yet they occupy such wild stat differentials. Thought of this while considering the idea of Let's Go, Marill and Let's Go, Togepi.

I wouldn't put Lucario or Wobbuffet in that category since they don't evolve while Pikachu, Marill, and Togetic do.

So assuming it's got an attack based on each of its Evolutions, what's the maximum amount of coverage you can get with that Eevee?

You can hit every single Pokemon that exists with at least neutral damage with Fire/Water/Fairy and a Normal STAB move.

Edit: if willing to sacrifice STAB for coverage you could hit tons more super effectively by swapping Normal for Electric. :v:

This game is a lot better than I expected. Something that drove me crazy about Gens 6 and 7 was how everyone said the way to "fix" the EXP Share from overleveling you was to rotate through a big group of 10+ regular Pokemon to spread out the EXP. But constantly PC managing and shuffling through a big group was so annoying,

The Pokemon box UI is literally worse than the PC UI built up in past games.

You have to scroll down the big lists of all the Pokemon you've caught and select it, pick "Put in your team" and then do the swapping.

In mainline games you just picked a box (usually the first one for your extra team mates), and drag and dropped the Pokemon you were swapping in with the Pokemon you were swapping out.
